What to do if I have a Complaint

1. Speak directly to your worker.
2. Ask to meet with your worker and their supervisor (you could be asked to put your complaint in writing).
3. Ask to meet with your worker, their Supervisor and the Operations Manager.
4. Ask to meet with your worker, their Supervisor, the Operations Manager and the Executive Director.
5. Request to speak with the President of the Board of Directors.
6. Contact the Ombudsman 1- 800-263-1830 or info@ombudsman.on.ca.
