Surveys are sent out to caregivers each year to collect their insights on service satisfaction.

What caregivers liked:

"Willingness to meet us where we are at and being flexible with changing needs."

"Everyone we have dealt with has been very friendly and understanding."

Impact of PinT service:

"It's helping us to be a better family and have more support and ideas for the kids."

"Very positive, our child feels supported, has gained essential coping tools and is very confident in expressing and understanding her feeling."

96% of caregivers agreed or strongly agree that they feel more confident & are learning things that benefit and support them and their child.

96% of caregivers agreed or strongly agreed that their values & beliefs were respected and they were involved in decisions about service.

Here's what Haliburton County Youth had to say about services...

Surveys were given to youth at the end of their session for the reporting period of April 1,2024 to March 31, 2025.

98% of youth found the services to be welcoming, non-discriminating, and comfortable.

99% would recommend youth hub to a friend if they needed similar help.

97% felt they were better able to cope with the problem after the session.
