We respectfully acknowledge that we live and work within territory covered by the Williams Treaties, on the traditional lands of the Mississauga Anishinaabe and the unceded lands of the Algonquin Anishinaabeg people. We are deeply grateful for their sharing of the land and for their continued stewardship of the lands and waters.

VOICE – A new Haliburton County Group Effort

January 26, 2023

Point in Time have been working with a number of organizations to support work in the mental health and substance use area in Haliburton County to center the voices of local residents with lived experience with substance use and mental health, and ultimately improve service quality and health outcomes.

We are working with a talented consultant, Tom Regehr, who is a person with lived experience.  After years of work supporting others with lived experience about how to find their voices, Tom is now rolling out some info/sharing sessions for those experiencing mental health and substance use challenges in Haliburton County.

Please share this flyer universally and broadly and let people self-identify.
